London Vocational Ballet School Renaissance
Guest event
London Vocational Ballet School are delighted to be presenting Renaissance in the school’s first visit to Sadler’s Wells Lilian Baylis Studio Theatre on the 28th of June 2024.
As a celebration of the school’s rebirth as London Vocational Ballet School, the production is underpinned by the theme of Renaissance, with works inspired by one of the most fervent periods in cultural and artistic history.
Featuring a headline new creation by award-winning choreographer, Madeline Squire (Scottish Ballet) alongside works by Gavin McCaig, Brook Ogle, Patricia Okenwa and Georgina McDermott. LVBS has also partnered with National Youth Ballet to re-stage Louise Bennett’s Frosty Fable, a delightful narrative work for the school’s younger year groups, full of fun and storytelling.
